With 26 years of experience, Vimal (Ricky) Patel has built his career in hospitality real estate through a hands-on owner-operator lens. As a first-generation hotelier, he understands what it takes to build, manage, and grow assets with discipline, accountability, and long-term focus.
That perspective continues to shape Innerstone Group today. Ricky brings deep experience across ownership, operations, asset performance, and brand relationships, helping guide the firm's practical approach to development, construction, management, and advisory services.
His leadership also extends well beyond the company. Ricky has served as an AAHOA Officer and Board Member, Board Member of Lafayette Travel, Board Member of the Broussard Economic Development Corporation, and Board Member of the Louisiana Travel Association. In 2024, Governor Jeff Landry appointed him to the Louisiana Economic Development Corporation Board, recognizing his leadership in business and industry. He also served as Chairman of the Lafayette Convention & Visitors Commission, where he played a key role in advancing tourism and economic development.
Through both his business and civic leadership, Ricky has built a reputation for steady judgment, strong industry relationships, and a clear understanding of what drives long-term value.
Jayesh Patel brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to his role as President of Innerstone Group. His operating background gives him direct insight into the financial, staffing, service, and planning decisions that shape hotel performance.
Jayesh began his hospitality career in 1999 and has served as General Manager of La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge - Port Allen. In that role, he managed hotel operations, financial performance, team leadership, guest service, staffing, and strategic planning.
His leadership approach centers on integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. He focuses on building capable teams, maintaining consistent service standards, and supporting positive experiences for guests and employees. Jayesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from South Gujarat University and is fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. He values strong relationships with employees, guests, business partners, and the communities Innerstone serves.
Mit Patel serves as President of Construction at Innerstone Group and is the founder and CEO of Adcor Group. A Louisiana State University graduate with a degree in Construction Management, he began his career delivering large-scale residential communities and single-family developments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and disciplined execution.
During six years with Stoa Group, Mit gained extensive field experience in site operations and major development projects. He later applied that experience to upscale hotel construction, leading complex builds with close attention to planning, coordination, and long-term asset value.
Mit is also a licensed pilot and committed lifelong learner. Aviation has shaped his respect for precision, preparation, and sound decision-making, principles that guide his leadership across every construction project.
Abhishek Patel serves as Regional Manager at Innerstone Group, bringing experience in hotel operations, property performance, and guest service. He entered hospitality as a front desk representative and advanced into management, serving as General Manager at Best Western and La Quinta Inn & Suites.
During his four years in hospitality, Abhishek has helped improve hotel revenue, guest satisfaction scores, and quality assurance performance. At Best Western, he supported revenue growth while leading the property through a successful QA evaluation. At La Quinta, he continued improving guest satisfaction and completed another successful QA evaluation.
Abhishek holds bachelor's and master's degrees in science, along with a master's degree in Filmmaking earned after moving to the United States. His filmmaking background strengthened his communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
He brings the same preparation and attention to detail required on a film set to hotel operations. His leadership centers on understanding guest needs, supporting hotel teams, and building lasting guest relationships.
